QADI: THE FINE TRACES OF WALTER TRACY
1978, Walter Tracy (1914-1995) the great British type designer designed "Qadi" at the Linotype division in UK, Tracy also designed other distinguished Arabic fonts such as "Medina", "Malik" & "Sharif". Qadi has been very popular amongst people -designers and readers- in Arab world, and it still delivers the best medium-sized heading styles of Arabic fonts used in print production. This typeface has experienced great success in magazines and advertising along its history.

Qadi is admired in Arabic publishing, very stylish and vivid, that's why it looks so lovely for readers and designers, and it still consists one of the principal fonts used in Arabic publications.
